1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Prohibited Jurisdictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your country. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where crypto gambling is prohibited. 1.3. Single Account Policy: Users are permitted only one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Duplicate accounts will be terminated, and any winnings will be voided. 1.4. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information if requested. Failure to do so may lead to the suspension of your USDT withdrawal.

2. Cryptocurrency Deposits & USDT Networks

2.1. Accepted Assets: We primarily accept USDT (Tether). 2.2. Network Responsibility: You are solely responsible for sending USDT via the correct network. We currently support:

  • TRC-20 (Tron)
  • Solana (SOL)
  • Base (L2)
  • ERC-20 (Ethereum) – Note: High gas fees may apply. 2.3. Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to the wrong address or via an unsupported network will result in a permanent loss of funds.

3. Instant Withdrawal Policy

3.1. Definition of “Instant”: We aim to process all USDT withdrawals within 60 seconds to 10 minutes. However, network congestion on the blockchain is beyond our control. 3.2. Security Checks: To prevent fraud, withdrawals exceeding $2,500 USDT (or equivalent) may trigger a one-time manual review, which can take up to 24 hours. 3.3. Gas Fees: A small network fee (Gas Fee) will be deducted from your withdrawal total based on the chosen network’s current rates.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC

4.1. Verification: We reserve the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents if we detect suspicious patterns or for high-volume transactions. 4.2. Soft-Start KYC: Most users can enjoy “No-KYC” status for standard play, but accounts flagged for “Bonus Abuse” or “Money Laundering” will be frozen pending identity verification.

5. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

5.1. Wagering (Rollover): All bonuses come with a wagering requirement (e.g., 35x) unless stated otherwise. Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn once these requirements are met. 5.2. Abuse: Attempting to manipulate bonus systems (e.g., “Opposite Betting”) will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical glitch or software error, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. The platform’s record is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Exploiting software bugs for financial gain.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or mixing services.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

12x shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from:

  • Fluctuations in the market value of USDT.
  • User error (incorrect wallet addresses).
  • Internet connectivity issues or blockchain network failures.
  • Account hacking due to weak passwords or lack of 2FA.
